Railing System BIO.100
The ideal versatile railing system. It consists of circular or rectangular section tubes that work in harmony with their corresponding components (connectors, brackets, etc.) producing a solid and harmonious
assembly system.
The ΒΙΟ.100 railing system is manufactured from high quality anodized aluminum which is extremely durable even in highly corrosive environments (coastal). It is offered in shades of INOX.
Applicable for both indoors and outdoors (stairs, balconies, swimming pools, public places) with the ability to offer optimal solutions and high level of aesthetics for every individual and professional.
Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process of the surface of aluminium. In highly controlled conditions a layer is created on aluminium surface which is corrosion and wear resistant. Using the appropriate chemical solvents during the anodizing process we achieve the coloration of the aluminium surface.
Main advantages of anodized aluminium are:
- Long lasting life in even highly corrosive environment
- The coloring of aluminium remains unchanged and does not peel.
- Its aesthetics, especially that in shades of inox color.
- Its simple and easy to maintain.
Μaintenance
Μaintenance of the anodized aluminium surface is a simple and easy process. All you need is washing it with warm water and a harmless liquid soap. For stains that persist rub them with a soſt cloth.
Do not use harsh cleaners, liquid emulsions or papers for smoothing or polishing because that destroys eventually the anodizing.
The frequency of the cleaning, one to six months, varies depending on the environment in which it is exposed. At a seaside environment the cleaning is more frequent.
