The security door facades are composed of two main parts, with a total thickness of 6mm. An aluminium sheet with the corresponding design, and an Etalbond (aluminium composite panel) or an MDF sheet.
Etalbond is a composite sandwich panel made up of a non-toxic polyethylene core, which is coated with thin, dual-sided aluminium sheets.
The connection of all elements is achieved through mechanical and chemical methods under high pressure, forming a unified whole. As a material, it is lightweight, rigid, and durable. It has thermal insulation properties that contribute to energy savings, while at the same time, it is extremely resistant to extreme environmental conditions.
