Μaintenance of the anodized aluminium surface is a simple and easy process. All you need is washing it with warm water and a harmless liquid soap. For stains that persist rub them with a soſt cloth.
Do not use harsh cleaners, liquid emulsions or papers for smoothing or polishing because that destroys eventually the anodizing.
The frequency of the cleaning, one to six months, varies depending on the environment in which it is exposed. At a seaside environment the cleaning is more frequent.
