Metal fire-resistant fire safety door with a door leaf made externally of galvanized steel sheets and internally filled with high-density insulating fire-resistant material.
Certified according to European Standard ΕΝ1634-1 category EI2.

Each fire-resistant door is accompanied by its certificates, as well as installation and maintenance instructions.

Basic features:

• Metal fire door, certified according to EN 1634-1 category EI2 60′ with reversible direction (left – right).
• Door leaf with a total thickness of 60mm. Made externally of 0.8mm fully galvanized sheet steel. Internal filling of high-density insulating fire-resistant material.
• Reinforcement plates integrated inside the door leaf, for stable installation of panic bar and return mechanism.
• Corner frame (casing) 4 sides with removable housing. 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel frame construction.
• Reversible lock with key and socket for cylinder.
• Black fire safety handle with steel inner core.
• Two hinges per leaf. One with bearings and height adjustment, and the other with a spring and door return adjustment.
• Thermo-inflatable rubber 28mm, around the frame to completely seal the door in case of fire.
• Metal sign with the certification mark on the side of the door.
• Electrostatically painted, orange peel look with anti-scratch properties.
• Our doors have the infrastructure to receive additional equipment such as panic bars, return mechanism, electromagnets, etc.

The doors are all available with standard color RAL 7035.
